Ginseng

Ginseng is a herbal root that is native to some parts of Asia, mainly China and South Korea. Over the centuries it found its way to North America and it now grows naturally in some regions.

circulation of the brain and also helps with nervous exhaustion. Useful for
chest troubles, colds stomach and lungs
